FinSA – Financial Services Act The Financial Services Act (“FinSA”) and corresponding Financial Services Ordinance (“FinSO”) entered into force on 1 January 2020. The new legislation is aimed at extending and standardising client protection in financial services as well as bolstering the reputation and competitiveness of the Swiss financial centre.
