Accessibility

We aim to design our digital services so that they can be used easily and independently by as many people as possible. As digital accessibility is an ongoing process, our website is reviewed and improved continuously.

Where we stand today

In 2026, we commissioned the independent Swiss foundation «Access for All» to review the accessibility of our corporate website. The review was based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance levels A and AA.

The review showed that various measures to support good accessibility are already in place, while some barriers remain. These include the keyboard accessibility of certain functions, the semantic structure of specific content, as well as selected media and documents.

Our e-banking service had already been optimised with regard to digital accessibility prior to this review.

What we are working on

We are prioritising the identified areas for improvement and addressing them step by step. These include, among others:

  • improving text alternatives for images and graphics
  • optimising the structure and semantic markup of content
  • improving forms and interactive elements
  • ensuring sufficient colour contrast
  • improving keyboard accessibility
  • providing clearer labels for links and functions
  • providing text alternatives for audio and selected media content

For new content, we are increasingly taking these requirements into account from the outset.

Further development of accessibility

Not all content and functions are currently fully accessible.

We therefore take digital accessibility requirements into account when further developing our digital services. For future website relaunches, accessibility is intended to be considered from the outset as part of concept development, design, implementation and quality assurance.

In doing so, we follow the relevant and recognised standards for digital accessibility.

Have you encountered an accessibility barrier?

If you experience any difficulties or barriers when using our website, we welcome your feedback.

Where possible, please let us know:

  • which page or function is affected?
  • what issue you encountered?
  • which device or assistive technology you were using)

Your feedback helps us identify existing barriers and further improve our digital services.
